Conte Spagnoletti Zeuli
Onofrio Spagnoletti Zeuli is passionately dedicated to the promotion of the entire agro-food local tradition. Indeed, he personally looks after a selection Andria’s local products, starting from the renowned Castel del Monte, a DOC (an appellation of origin) wine, produced from grapes grown in the vineyards of the family estates.
The “Count’s Selection” ranges from handmade pasta in traditional shapes “orecchiette” and “cavatelli”; food conserved in oil (grilled onions, dried tomatoes, mushrooms of the Murgia, green olives); sauces such as the classic tomato puree or appetizing chili pepper-flavored preserves; and even cream of olives, artichokes, Friselle, chickpeas and lentils.
The farm of Count Onofrio Spagnoletti Zeuli hosts groups to visit the 1700’s underground wine cellar, the mill, the fields, the vineyards and the olive groves and the whole business establishment.
