The Taralli Calt brand products are the result of a business choice that reflects the local gastronomic traditions. Our recipe is the oldest in the city of Andria. The craftsmanship and the use of high quality raw materials allow us to keep intact the origins of this iconic product of the Apulian gastronomic culture. The name “Taralli Calt” combines the sound of the popular jargon “Calt” which in local dialect means “warm” to the international “Cult”, conveying the company’s glocal vision.
The product is manufactured in only two variant forms: “Taralli Traditional” and “Flattened Taralli.
